Billing and refunds

If a payment looks wrong, email us before you contact your card issuer and we will look into it straight away. How cancellations and refunds work is set out in our refund and cancellation policy.

Complaints

  1. Tell us. Email your complaint to info@any-domains.uk. We acknowledge it within three working days.
  2. Our reply. We send you a full written response within 21 days.
  3. Director review. If you are not satisfied, a director reviews the complaint and gives a final decision within 14 days.

If you are still not satisfied, you can contact Trading Standards. For a complaint about a .uk domain name, you can also contact Nominet.

Report abuse

To report spam, unlawful content or misuse of one of our domain names, email info@any-domains.uk with the domain name and what you have seen. We may suspend a service while we investigate.
